Used. This lot is in Fair overall cosmetic condition. The cart is a bit rough, with lots of scratched paint in the rack especially.  The feeders all look complete, and most have at least one hand-written or taped-on marking. The sides of the feeders have typical scuffs/scratches from prior use.  Several are visibly missing pieces, several have handwritten "X" notes on them, and one has a label explaining why it doesn't work.
Notes:
We are not able to test these feeders. The cart has one wheel that doesn't like to swivel so it can be tricky to push in a straight line. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
