Vintage TRUDY 3 Face Doll 14" Composition.
Such an unusual little doll… she wears a blue sleep footed pajama with a white jacket over it. The pajama zips up the front. I tried to remove it to photograph the soft cloth body, but just couldn’t get it off. There is a repair to the body at the neck, so I was afraid to pull on the pajamas. There is spotting on the pajamas, so I think they need washing. Her composition faces have fine line crazing and look like they need cleaning. But since I know you must be careful with old composition, I’ll leave that to someone more knowledgeable than me. The sleeping face looks the best to me. The smiling face has the most crazing. The crying face eyelashes is smeared on the right eye. It has a dent above the nose. There is sewn in blond hair inside the hood of the pajamas. I guess you get 3 dolls for the price of one!
