Since the True GDM-23-HC~TSL01-SS one-section merchandiser has a stainless steel exterior and interior floor, it resists corrosion and dents. Lined with white aluminum to resist scratches, its interior has a drain integrated into the floor to facilitate cleanup. For temperature retention, the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam. Four PVC-coated wire shelves hold product under the interior LED lights, and an exterior illuminated sign provides a space for signage to attract customers.
The True GDM-23-HC~TSL01-SS refrigerated display case has a bottom-mounted condensing unit that raises product and can be conveniently accessed for maintenance. Its self-contained capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is better for the environment than traditional options. Its evaporator and condenser fan motors are electronically commutated, so they move air without using much energy. The factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
This refrigerated merchandiser has a door that is made of low-e, double-pane glass. It is thermal insulated to keep cold air inside, and its transparency provides product visibility at all times. If the door is accidentally left open, it closes on its own to conserve energy and prevent cold air from escaping. Its 12-inch handle offers a sturdy grip when opening, and removable magnetic gaskets snap into the frame to create an airtight seal.
