    PRECIOUS, VERY RARE,
    16"  EFFANBEE
    1930 VINTAGE
    LAMBKINS
    COMPOSITION & CLOTH DOLL
    You are looking at a VERY RARE and absolutely precious 'LAMBKINS
    ' baby composition and cloth doll.  This doll was made by Effanbee in 1930.  She is marked 'Lambkin' on the back of her neck.
    LAMBKINS  is in excellent restored condition and comes with a hang-tag identifying her as a DOLL HEAVEN restored doll.
    LAMKIN measures 16" in length and has a head circumference of 12.25". Her head, arms and legs are made of composition. Her limbs are like a newborn with legs very bent. Her arms are bent and she has a unique finger arrangement with fingers curled into the palms except for pointed left index finger. The thumbs points toward the body. She has a gold ring molded on her left middle finger. Her cloth body has been replaced with a NEW clean one
    .
    The face of LAMKIN is a very unique sculpture.  She has blue sleep eyes that function well, slightly molded blond hair, and painted eyelashes.  She has a turned up nose and an open 'bow' mouth showing a felt tongue.  LAMKINS' coloring is very soft and the blush is muted.
    She'll come dressed as seen in the pictures. She’s wearing a lovely vintage/antique outfit.  It consists of a long white  antique gown with pintucks and lace,  a gorgeous antique  bonnet with beautiful laces,  a long white cotton vintage slip, diapers, and an undershirt.
