4-Sided countertop clear glass door merchandisers are designed for
durability and visual appeal in promoting impulse sales of your
product. These glass door merchandisers are energy efficient and
effective at keeping product at exactly the right temperature. This
keeps food fresh & delicious for longer time periods. The simple-to use
but precise digital controls allows for accurate temperature settings
and regulation. Unit comes with an internal condensate evaporator so a
floor drain connection is not necessary.

TEMPERATURE
• Holding temperature: 34° to 54°F (1° to 12°C)
• Digitally controlled system maintains optimum temperature
• This unit is designed to store pre-chilled product at the ideal
serving temperature – it is not intended to perform as a pull down
refrigerator
• Password protected control scheme prevents an unauthorized
individual from changing the temperature set point and other
parameters impacting unit performance
• Temperature can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit
