JDK 31" Bisque Doll J.D.K. 16 1/2 214, With Excelsior Body, Restoration Project

Antique Kestner JDK 214 Composition Ball Jointed Body with Bisque Head 31" Doll made in Germany with Excelsior Body, in need of restoration.
UNFORTUNATELY THIS DOLL WAS PLAYED WITH A LOT, AND THE COMPOSITION BODY IS IN POOR SHAPE WITH ONE LARGE REPAIR ON THE LOWER LEFT LEG AND A POOR RESTORATION OF A LEFT FINGER IN ADDITION TO THE NORMAL NICKS AND SCUFFS TO A COMPOSITION BODY WHICH HAS BEEN PLAYED WITH A LOT. THE DOLL NEEDS TO BE RESTRUNG. THIS IS A PROJECT DOLL FOR RESTORATION OR POSSIBLY FOR PARTS!
With that being said, she is a enchanting and beautiful German Life size JDK Kestner Doll with a Bisque Character
Head
with Jointed Wrists that is an Icon of German Character Babies. Her antique hand-blown glass deep blue eyes are a little offset, and will need resetting with a little plaster.  Her mouth is open with four baby teeth. She has those glorious hand painted iconic deep auburn fly away multi-stroke eye brows, as well as a beautifully blushed complexion with profusely and delicately hand painted eyelashes, with nose and eye corner accents. This character doll has desirable deeply modeled exquisite features on her bisque head that does not have any hairlines or cracks, but the head does have several small scratches, and the upper eye lashes that were attached to the glass eyes are almost all gone. And the wig is in really bad shape.
