The material of the blade is zirconia ceramic. handle material is ABS + glass fiber, so very strong. handle length 138mm, width 25mm, thickness 17mm,composed of two pieces from top and bottom.
The blade is inserted from the end of the handle for a total length of 170 mm.
Knife handle can put a total of 4 spare blades, spare blades can be purchased separately according to your needs.
This handle and blade are not compatible with NOGA products!!!
