Antique Boudoir Bed Doll Orig Satin VTG Art Deco Flapper Composition Hd Plastic

Description

For you to consider, a lovely old boudoir lady doll dressed in a gold satin gown and hat.  She has composition head on shoulder plate, and  hard plastic arms and feet.  Probably made around the 30's and 40's, she measures 24" long and counting the long dress but not the hat she is 26".  She has a very clean cloth cloth body without damage.  No visible markings as her dress is sewn shut at the back.
Face is Composition with painted baby blue eyes with nice eye shadow and heavy brows over them.  Lips have some paint missing on the lip to the side that does not show as much looking at her now as it does in the picture.  Could be easily touched up.  There is a little place under the nose at one side. Her soft blonde mohair peeks out from under the bonnet at sides and the bangs are nicely curled.  I see very little crazing if any on her face.
The bright yellow or gold satin gown is in nice condition with many ruffles all around on a drop waist.  She has large breasts, low neckline and puff sleeves.  The large bonnet matches and as mentioned has some wee holes.  Under that is an attached crinoline and she has black high heeled pumps with all paint present.
Her arms and lower legs and shoes are hard plastic material and are in very nice condition with no scratches or paint missing.  Her fingers are all present and the nails are nicely painted bright red.
