30 Day Return/Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority. You may return for any reason any item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered to buyer (as determined by tracking #). Arrangement and expense of the returned item are the buyer’s responsibility. To return your item, you must submit a return request from your ebay order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA. Please note that any returned item without RMA will be refused.
- All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition.  All hardware and parts must be included.  Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount.
- If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less shipping cost, 20% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects.
Buyer may not refuse delivery as a way to return an item.  All refused delivery items are subject to restocking fees plus deduction of the return shipping cost.
