If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the EXACT part(s) listed, it is your responsibility to consult a dealer to see if it will fit your vehicle.
    In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
    No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
    Any part broken during installation is NOT covered by the warranty.
    Any items attached to parts that are considered convenience items (wiring, fuses, bulbs, sockets, sensors, coils, distributor caps, spark plugs, filters, brake parts, backing plates, hoses, vacuum lines, u-joints, etc...) are NOT covered by the warranty.
    RETURNS
    To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
    **NOTE: If you return the item because you no longer need it, you ordered by mistake, if the part number is listed in the title or description but you didn't double check, or you took a chance on something outside of the interchange information, etc.,  we will return your item but we will deduct a RESTOCKING FEE of 20% from your refund to cover original shipping charges and fees.
    Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Palmetto Auto Salvage, 485 Old Wilson Road #107, Wendell, NC 27591 along with the RMA number.
